Caffè Aiello is cheering on Italian cinema again this year during the Cannes Film Festival where, in keeping with tradition, it has set up shop in the Italian Pavilion, the venue dedicated to the cinema made in Italy, and much more.
Coffee and Cinema: whatever could this odd couple have in common?
The answer is as simple as ABC. If you really think about it, both coffee and cinema are expressions of an art. Both are interpretations of our beloved nation that have made us famous throughout the rest of world.
But how has this important partnership been possible?
Thanks to Istituto Luce Cinecittà, the institute that has organised the Italian Pavilion for years, relying on the skills of artistic design group NONE from Rome for this year’s edition too.
For the occasion, the space, dedicated to Italian cinema, has been transformed into the ultimate “dream factory”: Cinecittà. A multimedia installation entitled “Meraviglia!” (WONDER!”) has also been designed to make the experience even more unique and immersive, offering a multi-sensory pathway designed to help visitors relive the secret magic of the silver screen in its tiniest details.
