ESPRESSO MARTINI
Invented by Dick Bradsell in the 1990s for a client that wanted a drink that would wake him up, the Espresso Martini was initially called “Vodka Espresso”.
Ingredients
- 5cl high quality vodka
- 5cl simple syrup
- 1cl coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
- 1 strong Aiello espresso
- 3 coffee beans
Preparation
Pour all of the ingredients (except for the coffee beans) into a shaker full of ice. Shake for thirty seconds and serve in an iced martini glass, garnishing with the three coffee beans.
ESPRESSO TONIC
This non-alcoholic drink is perfect for those who want freshness and flavour at the same time.
Ingredients
- A lot of ice
- quality tonic water
- 1 double Aiello espresso
- orange zest
Preparation
Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the tonic water (do not fill it all the way). Prepare a double espresso, with our blend (LINK). Allow it to to cool and add it to the tonic water. Garnish with orange zest.
NEGRONI MACCHIATO

Ingredients
- 3cl Gin
- 3cl Campari bitter
- 3cl red vermouth
- half Aiello espresso
- orange zest
Preparation
Fill a normal rocks glass with ice. Add all of the ingredients and stir from the bottom with a long spoon. Garnish with orange zest.
